Scottsdale gun club and bear arms have a shitload of knives. Those would probably be the first places I would call to see if they have what you want before you go look.

One cool thing about RavenCrest is they will still put together a Hobbs Memorial knife. You get to pick your blade too, and all knives are OTF. I bought a couple of their knives, one Hobbs, and the other is my daily carry. Definitely a decent knife, and good people that own/work there.
