Sucks for that guy.
"several guns and several rounds of loose ammunition in the roadway." Sucks even worse he had the safe loaded with stuff. I bet it was just a cheap gun cabinet though if eveything came out. |

Two people easily picked it up and put it in the back of the truck, so yeah, it was a gym locker masquerading as a gun safe.
