I dont, but AirBnB is a great start.  Might need to pray for a storm or two more though.

Vacation Rentals by owner has a bunch of cabins on it.  My friend used to rent his on there

If you want to go pretty far away from Phoenix, Greer Cabin Keepers can hook you up.

They have a few with hot tubs as well.
