Well Penzone is not in office yet, so he see nothing.

I don't think Uncle Joe personally see them or previously did the sign off.
As an entity, I have never had to.
Who has previously filed a form 1 or form 4, or sent a notification?
I would like to know too.

Greetings y'all.  I'm new around here but I just sent in my first form 4 as an AZ resident.  I bought through Silencer Shop and they filled out the paperwork with the notification going to the attorney general of Arizona, Mark Brnovich.
