FOOTBALL TIME BABY!

That 3rd and 15 our D gave up right after we scored in the 4th quarter is what ultimately decided the game.
In typical Cardinals fashion, just a single play that cost us everything. Like the endzone interception that led to a return TD to finish the half in the Super Bowl several years back. Was a 14 point swing right there. While two entirely different scenarios/games to even compare, I still can't help but feel about the same as always as a longtime Cards fan. We seem to always ultimately get screwed solely from one single down. |

I have been out of state since last Sunday with only spotty cell phone reception until today. I was able to get wifi at a visitor center last Monday morning and that score killed me! I had to spend the last 5 days thinking about the loss while hiking through Canyonlands National Park. I will watch the game on my DVR, but man. I was really hoping for a win.
GO CARDINALS |

Palmer threw at least 8 interceptions, the Bills defenders hands just weren't good enough.
That was a shit show. |

What a disaster
I have never seen a Bruce Arians team get so badly beaten, in EVERY facet of the game. Our offense couldn't generate any yardage, and gave up too many sacks. Four INTs will get you beat every time. Our defense couldn't defend anything, and gave up waaay too many big plays. Peterson made an impossible interception; that's about the only positive thing I saw from our defense. Our long snapper needs to be flipping burgers. Yes, I'm armchair quarterbacking, but this is the NFL. If you don't perform, you find another job. It's that simple. Catanzero's 60 yard FG is honestly the only positive thing (aside from Peterson's INT) I saw today. Well, Larry had another few amazing catches. So there's that. But that's it. I was concerned during the preseason. The starters looked soft, way too many mistakes. An in-law told me... "Relax, preseason means nothing... they'll be fine." Uh huh. Just prior to Week 1, I was actually starting to buy into all the Super Bowl talk. 'Most talented roster in the NFL' and all that. At this point, I'll be surprised if they make the playoffs. Yes, I'm pissed. And terribly disappointed. Sorry for the long-winded rant. |

My teenage son is a big Larry Fitzgerald fan.
I was prepared to spend $100 for an NFL jersey (the real thing) for my boy, and another few hundred bucks to take him to a home game. My son is doing very well in school... so I'll still buy the jersey. However, there is NO WAY I'm spending that much coin to watch them get their a**es kicked |
|
[#17]
If this isn't a kick to the ass to get the team fired up... they might not get 8 wins.

That hurt to watch. They were too full in their own briches.. hopefully this grounded them for good knowing they have to prepare and go all out each and every week.
There was no energy on their side of the ball.. even when a good play happened such as the INT... that did not even spark. Go Cardinals!! |

[#21]
This is the first game I've been able to watch all season. Besides a few good plays it was a disappointment. That game was winnable.
No matter the outcome I'll still follow religiously. I remember growing up with the heartbreak season after season. |

At least it was not a blowout! Floyd finally didnt reject the ball.
Hope Carson is alright. Maybe Thursday they will fire on all cylinders. I did not think they were done getting a reality check with all the hype leading up to the season.. I hope this was it. There were a few more players that showed today though... so that is good. |

Had a good time at the game yesterday. Win or lose, still a fan!

Hopefully carson is alright and we can get our game together.

Woohoo!!
The switch is finally turning on for some of the guys.. The last few games there was just no energy in the play.. last night, they seemed to have a fire under their butts, a spring in their step, and twinkles in their eyes. |

2-3 is better than 1-4. AND the QB didn't throw 4 interceptions in the 4th quarter. Again.

|
[#32]
Omg disgusting. Arizona deserves to lose this game. Wow. They had like four chances to win. Jesus.
|
|
[#33]
Unreal. They need a kicker. And an offense. Their defense is looking pretty solid, but that's about it.
|
|
[#34]
A tie??? Seriously, and people call soccer boring. Maybe change thread title from Red Sea to Bleeding Out.

[#36]
The kicker deserves a kick in the ass but BA was off in my opinion after the game. He said offense and defense were great and it was all the kicking game. What about the kick he made the call not to try? He talked about how good the offense was but where were the touch downs?
Dunno what game he was watching. Offense was ok. And that was statistically. They looked meh and didn't score. |
|
[#37]
That was not the way I wanted things to be. Cards, get with it!
3-4-1 is not beating the Giants. Grrr! |

RIP 2016 AZ Cardinals season. Like most Phoenix traffic it looks like the bandwagon just went off the road... LOL I heard people jump off the wagon their first loss of the season. Sucked checking the score as we drove back from seeing family in anther state. I hope they can get something going the rest of the season at least. |

Upcoming games:
4 Dec vs. Redskins 11 Dec vs. Dolphins 18 Dec vs. Saints 24 Dec vs. Seahawks 1 Jan vs. Rams I see one, maybe two more wins to finish the season. |

I had such high hopes, too. If this is Larry F's last year, it'd suck to go out on a losing note.

Sucked checking the score as we drove back from seeing family in anther state. I hope they can get something going the rest of the season at least. Just stating the truth doesn't mean you ride the bandwagon... the 2016 season was already on life support but that loss pulled the plug. Their first drive of the game might have been the best drive all season. I think that made 28 points scored during the first quarter for the entire season so far. When stuff started going off the rails near end of 2nd quarter, I was expecting to see BA have a stroke on the sidelines. Other than special teams, really not sure whats the issue beyond the offense just not coming together like it should. BA did say something that rang true, despite being the #1 ranked defense, we haven't been playing like it, lol... Unsure whether the issue is Palmer, the offensive line or the receivers who beyond Larry are very inconsistent and that is being generous. |

FUCK!
Johnson is out with knee injury. They played him too hard. He is the only player on the team worth a shit. Fuck! |
|
[#47]
What a season. We finished 7-8-1. Not counting the tie, we lost five games by a touchdown or less. Think about where we would be if we have a better place kicker and an offensive line.
Here's to Palmer, Fitzgerald, and all over contributors staying healthy and on board for the 2017 season. |
