i sent my ballot in yesterday(vote by mail). i voted Kelly Ward to oust mc-cain and i always vote for Sheriff Arpaio, he does an outstanding job in this community!

Me and the wife send ballots a few days ago, I voted Kelli Ward as well.
Now only if there was some way to vote to get that fucking 70 styles train they they keep expanding out of the city of Phoenix. I know without it the illegal immigrants and drug dealers have no way to get around but I'm willing to risk that. |

I'm a pretty hard line libertarian so I don't support the light rail at all, but if they wanted it to be even remotely practical, it should have been an express line with stops at least five miles apart, if not more. The idea would be to allow people to take a bus locally to a train, take the train 50 miles across the valley, if needed, then take a bus locally to work. As it is, the light rail doesn't move any more people any faster than buses but costs a great deal more.

It could have been done a little better as well. It is faster than buses for what I use it for. |

A couple of the sheriff candidates didn't answer the survey. At least two liked all kinds of government regulation (and running as a Repub?!?! WTF!?!?!?). I like the way Arpaio answered. The majority of his comments were (paraphrasing) "The SO has no business weighing in on policy..." |

Talking with a friend of mine, who is running for Pinal Co. Attorney, at 7:00pm the mail-in's will be counted. By 9:00pm the regular ballots should be at the centers and will begin to be counted. At least in Pinal, the majority of voters seemed to have sent in earl ballots.
