A new thread for the continuation of this thread.
This weather is extending camping season, the forest hasn't been shut yet, so anyone care to do this before our window closes? I'm open to date suggestions. So shooting, camping, sitting around a fire with good company, and if enough people are interested, a night shoot. And Chuck, DO NOT burn all the wood in one shot like the last time  the damn fire was so hot it was burning up my knees and singing my eyebrows

Better get this done pretty soon if you want a fire.
I'll bring a chain saw and show you guys what a Real Fire is like. Lots of dead and down wood on the hill behind the shooting line! |

Dang dude.
If we are not under fire restrictions by then, I'll be very surprised! How about this Tuesday? We can start early and scope out a few other, more remote locations. |

As long as AZGFD doesn't change the dates on the P-horn surveys or doesn't give me any special assignments, I can do end of June... But that is pretty late as for forest being open with no fire restrictions. I am free Sat-Mon only. In July I have the Independence day match and then I will be going up to UT for a week to see family and to escape the damn heat ha |

Well I can do the last weekend in June. In July I will be doing the independence day match on july 4th. Weekend after that I might do a practical pistol match in Yuma. Besides that I am free as of right now. Only NFA toys I have is a couple cans and my SBR. This weekend I have pronghorn surveys south of Tucson and weekend after that is my GF birthday so I will be in Phx for that as well. |

It was just stacking of bad luck for a lot of people. I wouldn't get too wrapped up about who showed up and who didn't
