I placed an order with these guys on March 11th through their web site's shopping cart....

Got an order confirmation a few minutes later...

Then I never got any notice that it shipped....never received the item....

I've tried emailing (2x)...no response

I've tried calling...many times...it goes straight to voicemail and the in-box is full...can't leave a message.

It's been 20 days since I've ordered....

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before, or knows what's up with the company?


UPDATE:
After no response from the owner via email or phone for almost a month, I canceled my order via email on 04/01.  Obviously, this wasn't read either, because on 04/03 he charged my card and shipped the item, which I received today on 04/06....after having bought a competing product.  I guess I'll flip one or the other to one of the guys in my club.  What a way to run a business.

GGrrrreat.....it's hard to tell if all those people ever got their product after waiting or not.

Many of those posts are old....and sounds like he was working out of his garage.

Any idea if he now has a brick&mortar store front?

The only addresses I found were a PO box and a residential address in Scottsdale. I'd say chargeback.

I couldn't wait any longer...

I sent them an email notifying them that due to their non-fulfillment of my order, their lack of any response to my emails, and not answering their phone, that I was cancelling my order, and taking my business to their competitor for a less satisfying product, but one that shipped within 2 hours of purchase.

If I treated my customers they way they treated me, I'd be out of business.  I can't support that philosophy.
