Nothing here but the Elk hunting gods have been cruel to me for the past couple years.

My card was hit this morning for bull elk. Might be a silly question but this is my first big game draw. Does this guarantee a tag? Or is this routine in the draw process? Thank you!

If you find you need another chaperone on their hunt, I might know someone. Just sayin.....

Just saw a hit for 270.00, doesn't add up correctly so at least two of us got tags (me & two sons). Unbelievable.... we've harvested six elk in the last three years, I know God loves me!

Thanks, I just figured that out... I thought it was 118.00 (past prices) and then I saw 148.00 in the regs but I noticed someone above mentioned 135.00 for his wife's tag... so my eighteen year old son and I were drawn. This makes four years in a row for me and I've been drawing my second choice consecutively "Archery Cow" but now I'm freaked out because of the possibility of my first choice being what I was drawn for "Archery Bull" (same 1st & 2nd every year). I've been around so many nice bulls while hunting cows it's something I day dream about.... last year I shot a cow at 50yds that was one of five... their bull was a 7x7 and I almost missed my shot because I was staring at him so long. Thanks again!

Mine got hit, and AZGFD has a new website this morning-but no results yet. I put in for all cow with a buddy who's going for his first time. Should be a great time.

I got a phone call from Game and Fish yesterday, apparently my father and I were drawn for elk! The credit card I had on file with G&F was cancelled about 2 weeks ago due to some fraud charges on it. They called to get a new card number from me.

When I asked her when the results would be up, she said in about 2 weeks it would be on the website. I tried to get her to tell me what i was drawn for, but she wouldn't...

Anyone know if there are ever any leftover elk tags? I'd even go in December as long as its for a unit that actually has elk in it.

I found the left over tag list (http://azgfdportal.az.gov/PortalImages/files/hunting/draw/leftoverTags/leftovers-elk-ant.pdf). Can anyone explain to me what the limited opportunity hunts are? I'm not finding a description in the regs.

LO hunts are in areas where there are very little elk. These hunts were created to offer more hunter opportunity. Elk are/can be very hard to find in these areas. I was told G$F doesn't want elk to expand in these areas. HTH

No draw for me =( I did at least get a loyalty point along with my normal bonus point

That jumped me back up to 3BP for elk

Pronghorn..... 15 Bonus Points..... I work with pronghorn....... They are the biggest assholes besides my girlfriends cat on this planet..... Owls are assholes too tho. Meaning to this..... I wanna kill a pronghorn really bad

No tags for me either. I am at 14 for pronghorn and 3 for elk.
