Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Reccomend an Estate planning attorney - East Side ?

Not a super big deal but my wife and I realized that our wills are around 10 years old.

Need to get an updated will put together and probably some sort of trust for the kids. (hey life insurance is cheap, we're worth way more dead than not)

Preferably East Side since I'm out in Chandler Heights.

Recommendations?

My parents used Morris, Hall and Kinghorn for a living trust.

You can also ask about it at your local credit union or bank.

Definitely need a Will not a Living Trust.

You need a will to name guardianship of minors, can't be done in a trust since that is a financial document.  One can do both of course.
