I'll probably do a recon the week before to make sure it's still good to go in that AO.
A few notes I'd like to add is that everyone bring a trash bag and pick up after ourselves to keep the place pristine and preserve it to continue our shoots there. Fire extinguishers if you've got them, and bring a good, positive attitude and extra ammo if you want to fire some of our member's toys. I suggest you link your own .308 prior to feed the Bear's M60 though, 100 rounds took an hour for me to link

Maybe for the next shoot I'll bring my [full auto] M1919A4. I'm not going to bring both it and the M60 to the same shoot, and I don't want to see several of our brethren openly weep if I show up without the `60 in February.
It's undignified.
