The next Tucson match is January 16th, 9am at Pima Pistol Club.

We're starting off 2016 with a bang.

This one is going to be a challenge.

Tucson Division January 2016 scores are up!

Some corrections had to be made which sometimes messes with the automatic placement of shooter order. Sort by Total Score to correct the placement for your proper position.

T'was fun today, with a great turn out.

Plans as of now for February are to make it a physicality focused match, fyi..

Match for february is still the 3rd saturday correct? Going to try to head to that one for the first time and bring some coworkers with me.

What is the average round count? I tried to find one but haven't had much luck.

The suggested round count is:

Bring 200 rounds of rifle and pistol ammo, and you will go home with ammo at the end of the day.

Stages and expected round counts are not posted.

NEXT TUCSON 2G-ACM Match will be 2/20.

RED FLAG WARNING:
This month's match will be placing a significant emphasis on physicality.   If you are not interested in that, consider skipping this one.

Thanks!

Just a reminder - Tucson Division is not cancelled and we will be having our match a week from tomorrow, 2/20.

Feb match video.  A few f-bombs.

ETA: After vulturing all of the brass on stage one, I think I found the round that caused my malfunction.  Primer was seated so high that the extractor wouldn't engage.

I just want to say the match was so much fun.  A friend and I drove down from Phoenix to try it out, we both want to go again next month!

Great match and way different from anything Ive ever done.

Eddie M.

Should be tac-irons, I was shooting a 10.5 with irons in squad 2.

Im sure I filled out my card correct, I think things just got missed with that many shooters...

Does the division get on each individual stage sheet?

I didn't fill those out with my division....

Fixed, it now lists you in TacIrons.   It's helpful to put that on each scoresheet just so it doesn't get missed.

Copy that, thanks.

So next month on the 16th, I hear talk about a shotgun part....

The website says there is a shot gun match on the 30th, can you clarify?

I hate shotguns..... will I need to bring the thing I hate on the 16th?

16th is regular match. Rifle/pistol as usual.

30th is the special shotgun/pistol 2GACM match.  Special order of awful for those who like abusing themselves.

Thanks.  People at the match last Saturday made it sound like there was an additional shotgun stage for the next match on the 16th.

Thank goodness.... the only reason I make the trip down there from Phoenix with my friend is because there is no shotgun involvement.

Why is anyone saying there's a shotgun portion of next month's normal match?

We've never said that, ever.

As said earlier in the thread, the April 30't match is a special event - separate and different than that of the normal 2gun match - and it's shotgun&pistol 2 gun with no rifle.

Yeah, people in the squad were talking about it... like there was an optional shotgun stage for the 16th.

Im glad there is not.  Thanks for the clarification.  Thats why I like to see info written rather than through voices when a stage is being shot....
