They don't have it on the site yet, but if you call Silencer Shop you can buy printed cards from them for, I want to say $10 each.

I just did a bunch for myself, my wife and my mother in law (all on my trust).  Bought the ink from staples, and the gov't mailed me a bunch of cards for free.  And it only took them 3 days to arrive.
