A guy local to me has been selling them, too.
He was asked about the legality of the Shockwave and answered: what they said "it was their legal opinion." I spoke with ATF #2 guy at Columbus and I was advised that I can sell them, you can own them, the Ohio law will be changing, and Federal law over rides state law on these. |
