I would recommend Gun Envy as they have been doing it for a couple years now, do great work and have completed work for several local dealers and police depts.

I had them do a Highpower for me. It was one of the Israeli imports. Looked great. Total out the door was around $140. I had them do the frame, slide in Titanium and the controls in flat black.
