Did the class over the weekend. Well worth the $125.
I'll try to write up an AAR to post later.
The quick summary:
Staff communicates well, extremely friendly and focused. They keep to time and cover a ton of information.
Our class got an awesome LaRue/Magpul filled swag bag. No idea this was going to occur, but it was much appreciated. Nothing like free a PMAG, hat, Dillo Dust, a Dillo, and a few more things I'm forgetting.
Lots of classroom time. The indoor facility is very nice, this place isn't a hole in the wall. Very clean, well laid out, and comfortable for learning.
I thought they gave a great explanation of what you really needed for your rifle to work should you ever really need it. - Light, sling, red dot.
Probably one of the best explanations of trigger control I've heard at any class I've taken previously.
Safety, and the focus on ensuring everyone was following the rules was outstanding. Kudos there.
I'd go again in a heartbeat. Carbine 2 is in July and I'll be spending my $$ to attend.
