You must immediately notify any LEO that you are carrying if you have an official interaction with them.  Seeing one at the pump, store or restaurant doesn't count, unless they are asking you official questions.

You may carry anyway you wish and as many firearms with as much capacity as you wish.  Open carry is permitted here, so you don't have to worry about printing.

Love's at the Conneaut exit  (Rt 7) sometimes has the guys/gals who like to give you the "my car ran out of gas up the road" shake down, as does the T/A and Marathon stations in Kingsville (193).

Gas is usually the cheapest at the Rt 193 exit (2nd exit when entering Ohio), although PA might be cheaper since there was mid west refinery that shut down for some reason late last week.
