Howdy folks, I bought a salvaged truck and paid for it to be rebuilt in Lorain-I have been told it will be ready "next week" for the last six weeks.
I would be happy to buy you a nice supper-for a drive-by of the location and check on the status of my truck(or refund) which was promised last week.... Message me for details 
UPDATE Ok so I was told that an line of credit was secured for my refund, I was then told that is was spent for someone else's warranty repair 
and that it would go out this past weekend. As I was pushed off again and again--I sent a 30 day demand letter, per oh law...balance due is $8500.....question is should I do 3 small claim cases? ( I 3 payed so I could sue for each payment) Or lawyer up for big boy court? |

Kiddos to Plumber576 for assessing the situation
It appears my builder is overworked and under staffed he contacted me this am with the most honest state of the truck...ever. Plumber576 provided pics and assessed the scam/bs ratio, and felt my builder is stretched too thin on labor, but is otherwise honest...slow but honest. I am working with builder for quickest resolution possible. |

My experience with small claims court says you will likely get a judgement in your favor, but never see any money or likely any compensation.
