THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Has anyone used the Ohio Gun Trust Lawyer (link) or used the canned one they are now offering for $349 (link) ? If so, I'd like to hear about your experiences, things you'd do different, etc. I have one suppressor I purchased via the individual route, but want to get some SBR's and suppressors also. |

I was told after it was writen up its just a generic trust and not to put any other assets in it like property, bonds, or treasure. He said only put tittel II firearms, and nfa tax money in it. Now that hinesight is 20/20 I would advise you to get the leo sign off first and only make up a quicken trust if you feel you must go in that direction. |

I feel $600.00 for a trust is about $300.00 too much. JMHO.
