If you moved here with it and registered it when you got here, yes you can sell it here to another CA resident.

So do I need to turn it in for 10 days and then get it back or just fill out a form and keep it? Hate how there isna 10 day wait in CA after you buy a weapon. NC you wait 10 days for a permit then can buy as soon as you walk into the shop. Seems similar to CA but still better.

The buyer will have to wait 10 days to pick it up from whatever FFL you guys use.

I bought an off-roster handgun in a person to person sale through a LGS. We both walked in the store, filled out the paperwork, left the gun at the store and I picked it up 10 days later. Easy.
