Definitely a "no" on this one. I support the death penalty, and those who have been sentenced to death need to be executed. I actually think the amount of qualifying offenses should be greater than just special cases of 1st degree murder and derailing a train causing death.

I'm torn on this... Im pro death penalty, but CA doesn't ever actually use it, and we spend a shit ton more money on death row inmates then lifers which is basically just tax dollars pissed away. I dunno.
