It was pretty cool, not a whole lot of people but you have to start somewhere. Would be neat if we did this sort of thing every weekend.

They or someone associated with these groups should get the word out BEFORE the events. Yeah, facebook is good for some, maybe most, but not everyone searches facebook for gun rights events. eta This OP was posted well in advance of the event but then got lost. I never saw it. The HTF is a low visibility forum and traffic is sparse at best. Of course posting it in GD would be a disaster but it would have gotten views. If anyone hears of any events post them up far and wide. Free exposure, free publicity and we can get some better numbers. |
