for people who already own a gun or have a CCW? I remember a judge struck it down and that he was giving the state 6 months to remedy it. I haven't seen any updates since. And don't tell me to go to calguns, fuck that douche infested website.

Along with "shall issue".

My sheriff leads the charge in making sure California remains discretionary issue.
