It has been awhile since I have sold anything, and my knowledge of current laws is lacking. Any help is appreciated. if i understand, you're sending a parts kit w/o a receiver?? that's fine.. they sell folding stocks at the fun shows out here, it's just a paperweight until it's put on a rifle.. |

Yes. This will be a demilled kit. No receiver.
