Sold a Benelli M2 with Nordic Mag extension that holds 8 rounds and it has a pistol grip to a buyer in CA in the EE. Can I legally ship this into CA? I don't want the ATF beating down my door.

Yea, they guy who bought it pointed me toward some legislature so it looks like I should be good to go.
