I would say you need to do a "plunk test" on these cartridges and your barrel.

Never had issues with 115gr GDs in the past. It's been my carry load for years.

I was shooting my 340pd with .357 loads and after the second round the cylinder was locked up tight. The third, fourth and fifth rounds had all "walked" out and jammed the gun up.
Because of the recoil the kinetic energy just started pulling the bullets out of the case. I have since switched to +P loads and haven't had the problem. |
