Reviewing another round in the gun rights battle, a federal appeals court offered few clues Monday on whether it will uphold a Sunnyvale law banning possession of large capacity ammunition magazines.

Not if you owned over 10 round mags before the ban. Cities have tried banning over 10 rd mags even if you had them before and complied with every stupid rule they have come up with.
How would you like it if your were told you had to get rid of or turn in something you legally purchased?

The pre-emption crap gets smacked down regularly but the cities/counties that do this crap dont care.   They like to make an occassional smug/arrogant statement by doing this crap.

It is for our own good because after all they really do know better...   how dare we defy them.
