...if a Jericho 941 is legal in California.
It does not violate any feature count, comes with ten-round mags.

Similar pistols are approved, EAA, CZ, but Jericho is not specifically listed.

They're not on the roster. CalGuns has a thread about them which can be found here.

From everything I've read, it's legal if already in state but cannot be imported.

Sound about right?

That's correct. The only way for this pistol to enter CA as a new home would be through an intra-familial transfer. Your dad or grandfather has to gift it to you. Only way through The Roster.

Are you moving here, or looking to sell it to a California resident?

If you're moving to California you can bring handguns that aren't on the roster. I went through this a couple of months ago.

Apparently Kamala Harris is a big fan of mine. Despite what people say this really is a gun friendly state - she sent a separate welcome letter to each of my guns. Twenty three letters including one to my Gen 4 Glock. Under normal circumstances I'd be thinking "creepy stalker", but I'm pretty sure she's just a big fan of the Second Amendment

I was going to trade it to a California resident. Not anymore.
