Are you an OTR trucker or just getting away from AZ for a bit?

Just looking for a break. Have a nice longbed Tacoma, sleeping bag, MRE's all set to go. I just need to  get away from here for a bit and have a change of scenery.

ETA: Trying to do it on the cheap - putting kids through college - I just need a break.

Seriously check out Bogart Park.  You can stay a couple days and it has a clean bathoom.  A small pond to fish, trails to hike, a bear that knocks over trash cans at night, and fire rings.  Very accessible, a Walmart is 10 minutes away.

this image is centered on the parking lot behind spaces 6-10.  the building to the lower right is the bathroom.  https://www.google.com/maps/@33.9885303,-116.9536219,78m/data=!3m1!1e3

There are some camping spots north of Santa Clarita that I like to go to, and another option would be some of the desert areas in SoCal. They're starting to cool down at night this time of year but during the day it's pretty warm in many desert areas.
