Does anyone know the process of getting a M1028 or any other CUCV registered for onroad use in CA, or did CARB restrictions kill that?

www.steelsoldiers.com  lots of info here. be sure to check the upcoming events section. they have meets too theyre lots of fun.

I have a M1009. AAA registered it for me and insured it. They may give you some grief about "oh we cant register this vehicle" but try different offices or different people there. some just dont know what theyre talking about.

Get AAA Plus or higher for the 100mile tow service. youll probably need it until you work out all the kinks from your new purchase.

mine with so in it:

I ask beacuse there's two of the Pickups on Govliquidation that are at Nellis AFB. It starts on the 2nd and ends on the 4th. I'm close enough to drive it back if I won the bid.

Go get em then

Bring a couple friends with trailers or tow bars, or arrange a tow service just in case. Those trucks are going to be as is, depends on your luck if they run or not.
