So like the title says I'm going the featureless route. I've narrowed it down to the monsterman grip and putting an A2 stock or pinning my collapsible stock and buying the hammerhead grip from exhile machine. Looking for some user feedback. Which do you prefer? Thanks in advance

mm grip looks funny but once you get used to it its no prob to shoot with it and you get to keep a normal sight pic . just make sure to install a amb safety so you can use it with your hand trapped on the right side of the rifle

So is this not possible with the exhile machine hammerhead? I would keep the collapsible stock in its current position just pin it to keep it from being collapsed. The hammerhead is what I'm leaning towards because you can wrap your hand around it.

look at the configurations on this page https://www.exilemachine.net/shop/pages/hammerhead-configurations-2.html you can see that none of them line you up with the sights the same as a mm with fixed stock will except the bottom two and there isn't much room between them to get a good grip .i don't find it comfortable but it all comes down to personal feel ( the link is not live but cut it and paste on address bar )

Don't forget about Hammerhead, which I like, but only for a grip, keeping the stock in the normal location

I like the hammerhead simply because it allows you to wrap your thumb around. Don't forget to get an ambi safety selector.

Sorry to Hijack... but I am confused by this.. Is this not a standard AR handguard? Or just the metal jacket inside it?

(C) A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that allows the bearer to fire the weapon without burning his or her hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel.

Big +1. IMHO, I'd rather be able to drop a 10 round mag with my finger and not use a tool, so the Hammerhead is a great option.
In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror and murder, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had 500 years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

Hammerhead and pinned stock. Though MagPul has a new MOE stock that *MAY* work.

ETA: I've got an email into ExhileMachine about the MOE rifle stock.

Does a featureless build allow the use of lawfully owned pre ban mags?

Exhile Machine responded that the new MOE Rifle stock will NOT work with the Hammerhead in grip only mode.

I just bought the Solar Tactical kydex cover for a MOE grip. It is a nice fit with the MOE rifle stock. The build will be completed with a Noveske NSR 9" rail and a PSA 16" mid heavy barrel, rainier billet upper receiver and short brake.
