Does anyone know if these are legal in CA and is anyone selling them yet?

Unknown for sure at this time, but due to the physical switching mechanism between the two non-large capacity ammunition feeding devices it appears to be legal.

I emailed Kel-Tec and ask them this question.  The answer is, yes, they are California legal.  Now if I could just find a reputable shop that both has one in stock, and won't charge black market prices.

I'm going to get one, too, as soon as the rice comes down to a resoanble figure and I can buy it locally.

Are jams easy to clear?  I'd like to try one, and a semi model would be fun

The jury is still out on their legality here. KelTec cannot produce any legal correspondence with DOJ, so their legal advice is not reliable and likely based on their interaction with attorneys rather than actual DOJ opinion. There is no DOJ position on these yet, and unfortunately there is a valid argument in favor of "high-capacity feeding device." They are for sale already in CA, but this should not be construed as DOJ-approved either. DOJ could make a negative determination at any time and require a legal recall of sold units.

Best to sit tight and see what happens...

We're working on it but we have not received a response from KelTec.

I will say that I am not aware that KelTec has contacted any CA gun lawyer I know of that's experienced in some of these matters.

Man I hope these are CA legal. When they are readily available, I'd like to pick on up.

You know, even if California forced it down to 10 total rounds in the two fixed magazines, this bullpup design in 10+1 is still awesome.  I'd still buy one.  heck, I'm going to buy one.

Maybe if I paint it pink, purple, rainbow, tie-dye or green instead of black the anti's will like it more.  :)

Is that the one that's touring around SoCal, but not for sale?

Yes but Kel Tec are making so few that they are pretty much only selling to LE agencies at this point or someone who had ordered directly from them awhile ago.
