This case is huge for 2A rights in Florida. We are still one of the few states without OC, and it's beyond ridiculous how the NRA has been nothing but an obstruction.

Still, it's no slam dunk given the current makeup of the court............I believe that Peruta (Ca. case) did not receive cert. insofar as the vote was questionable.........it may well be that another appointment by Trump is necessary to get things moving.......truly, it may just be a bit too soon!
