Maybe its a plant by someone wanting the range closed.

Seriously though I have heard there are a lot of complaints about that range from the surrounding homes.

The article does state that the body wasn't shot, and foul play was not suspected. Perhaps the guy had a heart attack or some thing. God I hope so, we don't need anymore incidents.

I agree. I'm curious is there will be any fallout from the other incident though. I'm still trying to figure out how you shoot yourself in the shoulder with an SKS while attempting to load it (allegedly).
