G T Distributors is now hiring full time positions in our Orange Park FL location. We are an equal opportunity employer and a family oriented business. Openings include retail sales associates, gun counter sales associates, and account managers. Excellent hours for our retail staff as we are only open 8:30-6:00 M-F and 9:00-4:00 Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. We also close Thanksgiving for four days. Retail sales associates are also eligible for spiffs related to upsells. Employee discount programs are available from both G T and some suppliers. Currently initial hires are run through Belcan Staffing’s temporary service.
Benefits for full time direct employees include paid holidays, one week paid vacation year two and two weeks year three. 75% of health insurance paid by GT. 100% of dental insurance and basic life insurance paid by GT. Cafeteria plan supplemental insurance is available pre-tax. GT matches ½ of 401K contributions up to a GT 3% match. 5 days paid PTO per year is available but does not accrue if unused.
