Wrapping up family vacation on Friday
Have had a good week with whole family
Been to Sanibel beaches, Ft Myers beach, Naples zoo, guys did a fishing charter, girls did a jet ski tour
Most things have had to be family friendly and either include the grandkids or take turns with someone staying home to watch kids

Tomorrow looking for something to do with adult daughter and her bf.  she likes outdoor activities,sports etc.   thought about driving to Everglades NP, but not sure what is available for a day that is not just a canned tourist tour.

Open to any ideas/duggestions

The 6 mile cypress slough is pretty great. Nice little boardwalk that takes you threw some swamps/lakes/marshes and some nice wildlife. Lots of birds/fish/ gator and one one a pack of pig and baby piglets. Wanted to take one home. 

I've been planning to take the wife to the Shark Valley trails in the Everglades but just haven't got around to it yet.  Might be cool to see depending on what the kids are into.

Ended up going to Babcock ranch preserve for about a 3 mile hike.
Hike was good.  
Read a bit about the planned "city".  Been in the works for 10 years, but not much to see?
Definitely not someplace I would live
