I've used these guys in the past. On E. Colonial. One of the better prices when I was looking.

I'll second the vote on Cover All Services. Bill Spring and family are easy to deal with I haven't used them in a year or so, their transfer fee was $25 they charge $5 for the background fee, around Orlando it isn't any cheaper than that.

Darkside Vault does cheap transfers and is good to go. His rate I think is 15 bucks last time I used him
