Went turkey hunting this past weekend and drove by this place.
 The owner bought Hendry Correctional at auction and opened a Blackwater-esque training facility. http://www.altairtrainingsolutions.com http://www.correctionsone.com/corrections/articles/7299309-Fla-prison-sold-for-3-7-million-as-state-sells-surplus-property/ Very cool idea, but his warning signs are a little aggressive.   From his website it looks like his shooting range can be opened up to two miles. |

Yeah, they are leasing/renting space for lots of instructors. Good for extreme long range training too.

I wonder how much of the place they control? I have been on about 500 acres of it.....a lot more there that I have not seen. I can recommend the chicken gizzards at the gas station on the corner.

Cool place. If you want to shoot there goto http://tripointidpa.com/ and you can shoot IDPA there with them.You don't need to be a member for the first shoot.
