Darn, it's chilly in the house this morning; I hate the way the house smells the first time the heat goes on after a year or two of never being used.

My wife is from Brazil. I fight tooth and nail to not turn on the heater.

Cry me a river, we haven't seen a high in the 40's for a few months up here in the north woods of WI, LOL... I remember bundling up at 70* myself... Now, after 20yrs of WI winters, I can wear t-shirts in the 40's.

So looking forward to going back home to FL though.

Still went fishing the other day....

It's a nice break form the heat and humidity we usually have. I can finally open up the house and get some fresh air.

We were "Camping" at Lake Manatee SP and it was a welcome cool. Made for a great campfire

time. It was in the 40s nd warmed up to the 60's. Used the heater in the Camper at night.

I will take this view over yours any day.

I love it. With the windows closed my house gets into the mid-low 60s which is perfect sleeping weather for me.

To think I used to live in a state where the mid 40s meant t-shirts and shorts weather, and that a string of them meant Spring was coming.

I have been burning the wood stove every day for the last week.  Making a dent in the wood pile.
