Good news is Blake Bortles relieved Henne today and threw 2 TD passes and was announced as the new starter!

Jags: Rebuilding After All These Years. When are they gonna stop "rebuilding"? Every single season that's their (and lots of their fans') excuse. Make a football team that can play more than 45 minutes of football! They're like the NFL version of the NJ Devils.

Jags are not the only NFL team in Florida that sucks. Far from it. Three out of three franchises suck. Still, that does not make me feel any better.

Tough loss, only because the Jags were actually in this one. That pick 6 really hurt.
But the defense did hold the Squealers to 10 total yards, and they got a crucial red zone turnover, so the loss is not on the D. \Is anyone beginning to have doubts that Coach Gus is the right man for the job? Losses I can take, if we're at least competitive. But this was the first game we weren't blown out. Or maybe that's a sign of improvement, I dunno. |
