It's a clone rifle squad this month. So, anyone with Mk18, M4A1, MK11, MK12, M16a1, a2 or a4 clones, Recce clones, old school XM177 (commando) clones or any other mil designation clone, bring your rifle on out.
Also, please be sure your rifle is zerod. If we have access to the long range bay, we will be setting up at the start of the walkway, which will put the target(s) at somewhere around 300 yards. Don't panic, the target will be large enough for red dot and iron sight shooters to clearly see (and therefore hit)... As long as you are zerod. If not, I fear for your sanity trying to make hits at that range. Lastly, it was really, REALLY HOT last month. We had no issues with heat stroke, luckily. If the weather is going to be as hot and humid as it was last month, please take care of yourself and be sure to hydrate sufficiently. Many of us struggled through the match last month and as fun as it was, it was difficult. Don't make it harder on yourself. Bring liquids, drink them. |
