My form 4 was pending 101 days yesterday, so I called and talked to Mrs. Dudash.

Going by batch numbers, she doesn't expect to even review mine for another 4-6 weeks...

I guess 5 months really is the standard now.

With the economy I figured there would be less transfers and things would move faster, but apparently I figured wrong.

I sent a form 3 off to them in May. Still no form. The recieving FFL SOT called them and that it is "normal". Sucks for the guy waiting.

Yip, local NFA dealer said 5-6 months. I was going to order a CAN for my AR, but if the manuf. doesnt have it in stock, it could take 2-3 months for it to hit the dealer and then another 5-6 for my forms. oh well.

Call 'em.

304-616-4500

My form 3 from MMM to my local dealer only took 2.5 weeks.

I sent it in on 6/5/2011, pending 7/8, 102 days past pending now, and at least 45 days to go until she even gets to it.

Sigh...

Thanks. What information should I have ready just in case? I currently have 11 NFA stamps and when I submitted them in the past, the longest anyone of those took was right at 3 months..Quickest was 11 weeks back in 2006...I guess I have always just been the send it and forget about it type cause thinking about it never made the stamp get here any faster..

Pending since July 5 on a form 4, September 23 on a form 1. Both with Mr. Lamberger. And yes, Robin is very helpful.

He is extremely quick at returning the 5320.20 NFA travel applications. This is the first time I've had him as an examiner for Forms 1 or 4.
