Block Worx Advanced Holding Fixtures
The Block-Worx two piece holding fixture for the AR-15 family of flat-top upper receivers offers superior protection for your AR-15 upper receiver while performing a number of maintence and assymbly functions. This set can be used with left or right hand uppers, 9MM or rim-fire uppers, most any variant of the AR-15 family of flat-top upper receivers will work with this set of action blocks and it will accommodate most hand guard configurations without modification to the fixture. The two piece holding fixture provides the proper clamping position for barrel installation with no danger of warping or bending the upper receiver even at the upper end of the torque range.
The bottom portion of the set can be used by itself for a number of operations such as scope installation, cleaning, bolt work, hand guard installation… ECT. Basically any operation that does not require a great amount of torque can be preformed by using either the top portion or bottom portion by themselves.
And unlike other action blocks the Block-Works holding fixture set does not require removal of the bolt and charging handle in order to clamp the receiver and because of this the Block-Works fixture also allows full access to the interior of the receiver for convenient cleaning of the receiver, barrel extension and bore from the breech rather than from the muzzle.
The Block-Worx holding fixture set is made from non-marring high density polymer and will provide years of service for less cost than most single piece action blocks. Price is $39.95 Click here to place your order. -Tom |

Please remove the Imageshack.us hyperlink on the main photo. THEY (NOT Spikes) have a popup for Antivirus 10. This program is a very annoying spyware application that ACTS like a antivirus program. People who do not understand computers may click on one of the options.
The Logo / Imageshack / Spikes did NOT screw up anyones computer. Clicking on an unknown popup ad is what screwed up your computer. NEVER CLICK ON POP UP ADDS. It is easy for a programmer to make ANY button you push launch what ever they want on to your computer. Hold down the ALT key and press the F4 key and it will close them. Also get a reputable antispyware application and updated antivirus on your PC and you will have less problems, and keep the programs updated. Spikes isn't doing anything wrong, but they could remove the imageshack link, possibly, they might not be able to. I don't use imageshack. You have to take responsibility for learning how to use the internet safely. |

It takes me two or three times to remember why I begin the order processing at Spike's but then cancel the order:
Why the predatory pricing on shipping? Anchorage has both a FedEx and UPS hub. Most orders placed with other companies have UPS or FedEx shipping that is in line with other states. I'd love to purchase the tool from Spike's (as I also tried with PMags and a .22 upper), but the shipping is not expensive, it's way out of line. It's becoming common knowledge among Alaskans that we're getting taxed simply for placing an order and living up here. Seriously, throw that part in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box and ship it out for less than half of UPS Ground. I don't quibble on EBRs, parts and equipment prices, but when shipping is this far out of line I have to ask, "Why?" |

Offering USPS as an option would be nice.
Has anyone considered creating another top action block to work with A1/A2 models as well. Would be nice to see an all in one packaged tool. Slugger |
