THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT LaRue Tactical offset flashlight mount LT606. This is for 0.830" lights (I had a Surefire E2D LED defender in it) If you're unsure see here: http://www.laruetactical.com/larue-tactical-inline-flashlight-mount and click on the size chart. You can always buy different size rings from LaRue if these won't fit. Its used, one screw is worse off than the other, but they work fine. Heavy handed on the loctite maybe...works fine though. $50 shipped.
