The LED bulb has seen maybe 3 minutes of "on" time. It has the tail cap with both the push button and the pressure pad. Pressure pad included. Has some minor scratches but that's it. Functions great. also comes with the original p60 bulb IM is best paypal or USPS MO $120 shipped
