I am interested in you perm installing a brake
and contouring my barrel to make it look like a modern M4 rifle. I have
already got the brake and am ready to do your online checkout and ship the
package out.

The question I have is if there are variations to your contouring services?
DO you do the same pattern on every job? I only want it in front of the
front site and want it to look as close to an M4 as possible.

When I send the upper to you, do I need to be specific as to the design or
will you a standard version that mimics a modern M4 rifle?

Select the contour service, and put a note in the comment section you want the M203 cut. It cant hurt to send a note along with the upper too.

Under the Barrel Threading Services, I can't tell if $65 cutting/threading includes shortening an AR barrel
(i.e. 16" to 10" for SBR/pistol) which I take it would need crowning and gas port work?

we consider threading and cutting the same job - same price. If its being cut so much it needs the port opened, we do that as well.

Okay, maybe you can help out here. It's probably been asked and answered before, but I don't know if I am reading your services right.

I have a 20 inch HBAR. I want it shortened to 14.5 inch, countoured to a SPR style with a mid-length gas port. Permanently attach Vortex. Do I select the thread & perm attach package with the entire length contouring & the relocate gas port service for a total of $210 or are some of these services combined?

I can personally attest to the quality of ADCO's work.
They cut, re-contoured, & re-threaded my M4 barrel for a KAC NT4 FH, and the work was so good I do not get a point of shift impact when I attach the can. And it looks as good as Colt factory.
I highly recommend them.

I didn't see it on your site but could you silver solder a Kac triple tap? I'm guessing it would be too tough on the equipment to blind pin and weld one.

Also, as far as gunsmithing, is this something you can do?

I'm an (1) inch short with a 5-1/2" Flash Hider, what are my options...
Without the Bulk of a "Spikes ET-1 Fake Can", but needs to be in the same price point...
Is there such an animal as a "Muzzle End" Extension or a "6-1/2" Flash Hider"?

Thanks

Yes,
BUT
we dont have the tools to disassemble the rifle. For the standard threading/perming fee we can thread and install the brake.
BUT
we will thread the barrel off the OD, so we dont recommend it for suppressor use.

If this a muzzle brake, that will never have a suppressor everything will be just fine.

Also, there is no disassembly fee for this service, just send it in field stripped.
