I'd love to get my hands on a pre-ban lower, would prefer stripped...but beggars can't be choosers!
I have a stag arms stripped lower on hand, could try ordering one of your choice and have it sent to you...plus cash. or, I have some linked .308 150rnds or so, plus some oddball other .308....200+ rounds total. some 5.7 ammo, the "sporting" stuff...200 rounds or so. I have Benelli M1 Super 90 that I would trade for a preban lower, Colt preferred, look in the shotgun section to see it. It has a lighted forend stock.

Got a nice EA Pre-ban lower. It is currently on a pencil barrel/ CAR configured rifle. Great for a retro build, or any type preban build, or trade the whole rifle. Had a trade worked out, but the trader led me on for about 6 months, waiting on parts ect, (see page 12)but has not been returning emails lately. It is back up for trade. Email tensawmac@aol.com

I have a Colt Pre-ban Sporter Cometition H-bar Lower receiver that I converted to a carbine back when the ban first hit. I would be willing to trade for a Noveske Lower receiver. This lower is in mint condition, all Colt parts including receiver extension. It does have the block, it also has a really sweet JP trigger/hammer Setup and KNS pins, It has also been converted to a Front push pin by Mega Machine In Tumwater. I'm willing to trade like for like, which means I'll trade this lower for the Complete lower on the Noveske site and this will be setup the same, Complete lower minus fire control group and stock or if you want the trigger and pins provide me a .154 set. Also have the complete flattop upper receiver, BCG and charging handle that match the lowers finish and sear block so if you want those provide me replacements.

I have a pre-ban EA lower which I bought as a complete gun. It has been through many changes and is currently a SBR with 11.5" Colt upper with YHM forend. I use it as my patrol rifle and it has never failed me. Awhile back I bought a Colt 6921 to use with the Colt Upper, but since everything worked I could not bring myself to make the switch. I think this is a great idea to get pre-ban guns to those who need them. I really don't want to loose a SBR, but I have considered posting in this section before so here it is. I know it is an EA, but it has been 100% for me and it is pre-ban. In the end I need a lower that is registered as an SBR. Because I have a 6921 available I can wait the time to complete the paperwork. If somebody is willing to trade their lower with cash or other items to equal the cost to register the new lower I am willing to trade. I am open to trading as a stripped lower, complete lower, or complete rifle (I have a BCM 14.5" A2 which I can attach a Vortex flash hider to or swap out a 16" barrel). I am also looking for a preban lower in the NY area. I have quite a bit I am willing to trade for, to work out a deal.
I have a brand new in box Spikes Stripped Lower w/ funn engraving. An Eotech model 511 An Acog model TA01NSN (USSOCOM Varient, range reticle with amber) New unfired Robinson M96 Recon, never fired with optional rail and sights with desert tan furniture as well. A unfired grey model HK SL-8, based on the G36 HK platform. A complete set of brand new Magpul gear to outfit a complete AR. This includes a new MOE stock (black) MBUS Buis, MOE grip W/ all 3 inserts for spare bolt, batteries, etc. An BAD ambi Bolt Release. the Magpul single point sling and ambi sling adaptor as well. Still living in New York, still looking for a preban lower. Just for a project build, nothing fancy. just easier to build without the worry of having a muzzle brake permanently attached or getting a threaded barrel cut down to a target crown.
