Traded
Personally, I think it is in excellent used condition but I don't want anyone to get any surprises.
(I own my firearms to use not to show.)
there are a few small scratches on the rail (under side)

This rifle was previously camo painted. since the paint has been removed but there is a slight trace
of spray here and there. As well, the barrel has been lightly scuffed for the paint application.
you can see it if you look close but it doesn't seem to effect performance at all.

It has seen 130 rounds of quality brass cased ammo.
I did some accuracy work to the barrel extension lugs and feed ramps.
It will show that a small amount of metal was removed during the polishing process.
This is indeed at least (I'm probably not as good a shot as you) a 1 MOA rifle (pics below)
9/30/12, I threw an inexpensive optic on it finger tight, bore sighted it, measured 100 yards muzzle to target face +/- .5',
Pic shows the first two groups. First group - no zero,
Second group shows a wind adjustment.

22" ArmaLite Stainless Steel 1 - 11.25" heavy barrel
Troy 13.8 FF Fore,
Troy .875" Lowpro gas block (under rail),
POF roller in B/BC,
Magpul trigger guard
Magpul PRS with cutback cheek rest for clearance.

Comes with:
2, factory mags, 1- 20rnd, 1 - 10rnd.
and a Front/Rear BUIS's,
Magpul front flip and Matech rear flip both in excellent condition.
"BiPod is NOT included"

It's been shot some, not much. The barrel is basically new and there have been very few rounds through the whole rifle.

I have a 24-inch Alexander Arms 6.5 Grendel upper, with approx 300rds of factory Hornady/Alexander Arms ammo, 7-8 mags, reloading dies, and approx 500 pieces of once fired brass that I would offer up as trade if you are interested.

It might help if you put down what you're looking for in trade?
