I am sold out of the diamond shaped stones but still have about 60 or so other types in fine, medium, and coarse.

what stones would i need for doing hammer trigger and sear work on 10/22 ar ,1911 , etc?
, for example if I was lowering the notch on a 10/22 hammer, which stone would i need for that ? different stone for smoothing ? |

Could you recommend a small basic set of stones? Perhaps the most commonly used 4 or 5 stones you have for sale?

I would recommend A, D, F, I, and R for a basic starter set. Throw in a small coarse on top of that and you should be pretty good.
