THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
RELISTED: Stevens 5100 16 gauge shotgun, side by side. No serial number, meaning this was made between 1938-1940. Furniture is original plastic or possibly bakelite. There is a small crack on the right hand side of the stock; crack does not "complete" at this point, and doesn't seem to affect integrety. I put some pressure on the crack and it did not widen or split more... so I'm guessing it may be stopped. You could probably put some epoxy in there and strengthen it even more if you wanted. Numrich and others do sell wood stocks and forearms if you want wood on it. Everything functions well and shoots fine. $160 shipped to C&R or better.
